Foster Irrigation

If you like being ignored and enjoy figuring things out yourself, then Foster is your Company! Foster was hired and paid through our landscaper and appeared to provide prompt service. I have had no contact through the winter with them, but in the spring, when I asked them to repair a couple sprinklers that I cut by accident, they had someone by within a couple weeks. However, they sent a new hire with experience who, unknowingly, stated that the system was not installed correctly and used the wrong methods (ie. sprinklers where there should be hoses for flower beds and improper sprinkler coverage). When informed that it was installed by Foster, he was surprised and said he would speak to Dave Torenvliet and ensure it was fixed. We did not initiate this nor did we expect we wouldn't have to pay something, but appreciated the concern.....until we heard nothing back for the last 2 months. Separately, I have left messages and sent texts to Dave to ask a simple question about the sprinkler system as I believed it is leaking into my neighbors yard, and he has not even had the decency to return a simple call to answer a question about water pressure in the hoses. I have also not been instructed on how to program or change the system should I need to in the future. so we are stuck with an inadequate system that I cannot change without figuring out using You Tube. Whether his employees comments to us caused him to ignore my calls or not is unknown, but either way - THAT IS NO WAY TO TREAT A CLIENT - grade - D- .
