Horrible experience. They are rude and they persecute others.

Had the part I needed in stock - ordering was a breeze, picked it up in store in a couple of days with no hassle - no complaints.

From small kitchen parts to big-ticket items, expect typical 90's chinese-style service to be consistently provided: none, sarcastic to bad mannered. While the store is easily found in a good location of the mall, brightly lit with a good selection of items, along with parts available to be ordered (accessible online) for pickup, the uncaring attitude (passed down from the original Chinatown location now closed) brutally persists. This is the shop to go to when there is no alternative; not for a shopping experience. Edit: Since the last visit, I've had to buy a new pot here since I couldn't find it elsewhere. The staff was surprisingly attentive and helpful in allowing me to inspect the item before purchase. Good improvement.

I had an amazing customer service at the Crystal Mall location. I unfortunately did not get the man's name but he was super helpful from the beginning. Within a minute entering in the small store, he asked if we needed help looking for a specific product (we were looking for a Sakura R910 Filter that is nowhere in stores nowadays). I'd say the price was cheap (in a good way) for the amount of filters we were getting. He also realized I was really observant with the hot water dispensers behind the cash register. He showed me the two I seemed interested in and told me the pros and cons of each brand specifically with the hot water dispenser. The Panasonic Hot Water Dispenser was actually a product I've been looking into purchasing for a really long time and this shop seemed to be the only shop that offered a good value for my buck. He said the product came with a one year warranty, already included with the price of the dispenser. He explained the only information needed was my phone number and my last name, and even if I end up losing my receipt, they'll be able to search up the number and last name in their system. I cannot express how amazed I was with this customer service. Thank you for the man who helped my boyfriend and I out with our purchase. The other staff was also super friendly upon us leaving the store. I'd definitely keep this shop in my mind if I needed to look for more small appliances.
