★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our loyalty, for some 40 years, in Vancouver and then upon our move to Victoria recently was to a large western chain. We could not resist however trying out the Fort Royal Pharmacy Oak Bay which was but a 5 minute walk from our new home. We are delighted and hope to repeat another several decades of loyalty! A small pharmacy so no wandering aimlessly through a huge store; very rapid friendly service; questions are answered with authority and clarity; and in a pinch no fuss home delivery is available. And the costs are fair on top of welcome senior's discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stopped at this tiny pharmacy for her 3rd Covid shot . We were early . She had an appt I did not. They promptly vaccinated both of us anyway. Fast friendly and an eclectic mix of products.
