S	Sara Fung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsavory experience reaching out to them for just an estimate. Sent an inquiry online, heard back days later suddenly at 7pm on a Friday by phone while at dinner. I got an email shortly after saying they can send someone over on Monday 3-5pm. I replied ok over the weekend and requested them to confirm on Monday. By 6pm Monday, no reply or confirmation but suddenly got a call that someone is on their way. It's well past the scheduled time and I'm the middle of making dinner. I asked to reschedule to next day and lady had the audacity to say the estimator's schedule is difficult and offered no alternative. Family decided to just forget about it. How about confirming with people first and not calling so late? No respect for people's time! Also Please check your emails during the day, not at closing hours. Lady on phone wasn't professional or apologetic.

The thing that took the longest was the ordering of the custom roller screen size but when that had arrived it was quick and fit perfectly. I will be using this lots this summer!

Their blinds are very smooth and the roller screen they installed fit my door perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that would like to have some fresh air in their house without pesky mosquitoes buzzing around.
K	K C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Forever Window Screen! I had 3 window screens and a door screen installed in the summer, and I'm pleased with the service. They offer the best prices around hands down. The quality seems solid. I recognized the logo on one of the screens as a local (North American) manufacturer and installer that I had actually called for a quote, but had decided not to go with due to the higher price which gives me another reason I'm glad I went with Forever Window (after all, why pay more for the same product?). The installers were friendly, polite and worked quickly. They do seem to work a bit later than some companies (ex. they did the installation around 5:45 PM, but they gave me a day's notice, and I got a call close to 9 PM once), but this didn't bother me at all as I preferred not being distracted during the work day even though they work independently, and I'm awake at 9 PM anyway. I would highly recommend them.
