★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go to this business to repair your blinds!!! Trust me! We have been his regular customers for the past two years and this past Saturday July 7th 2018 we returned to Wang On Blinds to tell the manager what he had re-strung for us has frayed and about to break. He quickly defended himself and said this is not my repair we usually have a sticker on our workmanship! I replied "Are you kidding me boss?!!" We are your regular customers are you kidding me right now??!! He kept on denying this was his workmanship so I had enough and just left the store. To anyone that is even thinking of coming to this shop for any sort of repairs or business please think TWICE AND EVEN MORE OVER to NOT ever come here!!!! I wouldn't even give this one star but it will not let me post without one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst blinds place I had ever dealt with. Poor customer service with rude workers and their boss is a complete unreliable arrogant person to deal with. They priase on how good their quality and cratfsmanship are but when I recieved my blinds they were nothing but poor quality with multiple craftsmanship problems. It overall just felt cheap but not at a cheap price point at all. I called them to let them know the blinds dont roll well and they blamed on my installation and he would charge me $50 extra to come fix it. He cut me off before I got to explain what my issues were. He just blamed it on my installation and it is not their problem. Worse place ever.
Update/response to the owner:
No I will not take time out of my day to take a picture of the disappointing blackout roller blinds I had ordered from you guys. Two techs came in house to "fix" the installation and I already told them the issues. They just made every excuse about why it was wrinkled on the bottom and why it wasn't rolling down smoothly and getting caught. They also ripped part of my heater from the wall while they had 1 nail fall into it. They were rough and banging their latter on the corner of my bed and wall without care. This is not my first time ordering roller blinds from any blinds company I know if the quality is poor or good. Your pricing definitely does not reflect your service and craftsmanship. I will never recommend you guys to anyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved into a condo and had to get the blinds redone. I asked around and several friends recommended this store.
My experience with Martin was nothing short of amazing. From perfect craftsmanship of the blinds, to the friendly installation done by the workers, I was really impressed. One of the workers (Martin's Son?) was really helpful and answered any questions we had during the installation.
Wang On made moving into my first home a stress-free experience, so I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick turnaround. They were able to provide a quote immediately after I gave them the measurements over the phone, and prices for different options. We went with faux-wood blinds over aluminum and they produced them within 3 days. Since we chose to self-install, they gave us detailed instructions and plenty of advice. One blind did not fit easily within the window space, and we were able to return to have it trimmed.
