β β β β β Came over to purchase the manures on promotion but was advised that the gardening centre was operated separately from the grocery store and also wouldnβt follow the advertised price on flyers. I definitely not coming back again!

β β β β β This is the worst grocery store I have ever shopped at. When I moved here I was happy to have a grocery store I could walk to but the selection is terrible. They never have half the things on my list (just normal foods - I don't expect them to have gourmet foods) so I have to drive somewhere else anyway. So disappointed with this store.

β β β β β This location selling EXPIRED baby purees!!!
Bought four food basics own brand baby purees yesterday and only today I found out three of them are expired already. Sadly my baby already ate one of them. One of them was expired in Sep last year!!! I did not keep the receipt so did not plan to get refund. But I tried to call in their number and hope they realize the situation and stop selling that to people. But the number I called said it is pharmacy and told me to hang up because other people are on the line..

β β β β β I never liked this grocery store but occasionally do shop here. recently I started using the pharmacy and found them to be great. However once because of supply issues beyond their control they could not fill my prescription in a timely matter but did fulfill it in the afternoon of Jan 31/21. I did not know how early the store would close this day and was unable to arrive until a few minutes after 6pm. I have insurable benefits, so all I needed to do was walk in grab my meds and leave, but the door men refused to let me do so. He lied to me and told me the pharmacy was close but an elderly shopper who was exiting said they still are serving customers. She expressed dissatisfaction as I was sent away and as a result, I went 2 Β½ days without the medicine I need.
I know this is nothing more than the underline, passive aggressive dislike of white people that is tolerated far to often. It is not right to assume by looking at me and that I do not suffer from ailments, or disabilities. I will continue to use the pharmacy here but never buy a thing from this store again. Please note Iβm posting this review poorly for the store but positively for the pharmacy.
