I needed to ask a question once and the staff member I asked was very dismissive and answered without even looking at me. I shop there a lot, cashiers are always grumpy and dismissive as well, they would push and crumble grocery stuff and then hand the receipt without even looking. I don’t know what’s wrong with that location.

Management seems not to be too concerned about customer service but more with talking to each other on the floor. Everytime I go in there it doesn’t get better. Really need upper management to step in and train on customer service again. Might be out of touch

The store is located in a plaza with other stores around ? They have many products in offer every week. You can check the flyer online. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask ? all the time. They open every day until 9:00 pm. Fresh fruit and vegetables ? Great location for people in car or walk. In the same plaza you can find pharmacy, bank, dollarama, tim hortons, macdonals and many other stores. They saling flowers and small plants all the year.?

Kudos to the managing team and staff ? I have had ptsd and couldn't go to stores in person esp with covid around too. My first store is this and forever has been to easily grab stg without anyone judging or not able to help out..small things go a long way Thanks. Now im able to go in person even though I agree I can't find everything or even not so good fresh produce. But prices r great always.

The staff are helpful and friendly; the store is clean and well-maintained. They usually have great offers on fruits and vegetables. The plus point is I never got stuck in the lineups during the COVID-19 pandemic.
