★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy my girlfriend flowers, she lives in Montreal, and I live in New York. Decided to try this place out, ordered online a little worried, but, the flowers came in an incredibly timely manner, and they were more beautiful than I imagined they would be, thank you, she loved them!

Good service, nice people but the second time I ordered a sympathy spray for a funeral which I could not attend because of the Covid restrictions and only close family was allowed. I asked for a photo of the standing spray bouquet I ordered but they said they didn't do that. The staff member said she did not want customers to have her cell phone number which I understand but she could have sent it by email to me. Was disappointed especially since I could not attend the funeral viewing or service and I didn't want to ask the grieving family to take a picture.... The other florist I have used in the past sends you a photo automatically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very pleasant experience. ordered a bouquet for my colleague who was getting married. all i did was just picking up the phone to say hi. sending a picture to show the idea. telling them the budget. and then went there to pick up the beautiful bouquet!
