Excellent customer service and highly professional. Brought my Infinity in for some warranty repair and other work and was very pleasantly surprised when Pamela took the time to check and find out that all the work was covered under warranty. So great to find a shop I can trust! Tatiana was great at setting up the drop off/pick up and keeping me informed of the progress. Very pleased all around.

I had some repairs done at the Goddard Ave NE location from a hit and run accident. When I went to pick up my car at the pre-arranged scheduled time, my car was in a snowbank with a dead battery. I believe the car should have been washed, running and warm for the pre-arranged scheduled pick-up time. Instead, I had to scrape windows and wait for my car battery to be boosted. I just hope that the quality of the work that was done is better than the quality of the customer service here.

I came in upon a referral and could not have been more pleased with the absolute amazing service that was provided. Justin was the gentleman who helped me and went the extra mile and then some! Because of this outstanding experience that was provided by Justin and his team at the North location, I would absolutely go there again and highly recommend!!

They arranged for a rental from the Enterprise agency 2 blocks away making the prices of dropping off and picking up car easy. You can't tell it was in an accident. My insurance company tried to get me to use another body shop, claiming that repairs were not covered at any shop other than their preferred supplier, but all the repairs are warrantied, so no worries.

The best service! I had a minor but potentially expensive issue with my Lexus. Chris at Coachworks was just fabulous! He researched a solution for me, the shop repaired my Lexus mirror problem and did it all quickly and for a very fair price. Such a pleasure to find such great service and professionalism.

I wish if I could give them negative marks. My two vehicles were out there for repairs. They did very bad job on both. For my truck, I had to reach out to their corporate office and a gentleman from corporate office fixed our problem. Thanks to him. But these guys are so bad. Have no customer service and professionalism. I had very bad experience dealing with their estimator Pam. Manager Paul and owner Frenk. Second vehicle has a long story which I am sharing here for keeping others safe from these guys. My vehicle was there for tail gate repair. They messed up with my tail gate power option and lock during the repair and were not working when the vehicle was handed over back to me. I raised the issue with manager Paul and he held the vehicle for a couple of days and was able to fix the lock but he could not fix the power option. As a customer, I expect that I get my vehicle back in the working condition I handed it over. Paul told me he was able to open the tailgate quarter way and then it closed. He told me that it just needs re-learning and he will send it to  Canyon Creek Toyota and advised me to drop the vehicle back on Monday. But instead he sent it to a XYZ guy who had no expertise in this as he deals with air bags. The guy wrote a report that its assembly and motor both need to be replaced. Paul told me that the tech heard the cranking sound which Paul never heard when he operated the tailgate. Being nice I told Paul that I can get him the parts and I will bear the cost of the parts. Paul told me if I can get him the parts he will get it fixed and I know very well there was no problem with the motor or assembly based on my little technical knowledge and the guy made a false claim upon Paul's request. When I contacted Paul to inform him that I got the parts and he told me that he is not going to cover the cost as he got shit already from the owners in front of his employees for spending 43* dollars for diagnosis, which tells me how cheap the management is. I contacted the gentleman who gave the report, and he told me he will charge 300 dollars approximately to replace the motor and if it still does not work he can't do anything and the vehicle needs to be taken to Toyota as he has no expertise in it. Paul himself told me that the guy is just a mechanic and for sure he has no expertise and he is just helping him upon request of one of the owners because he does not want to spend Toyota dealership's inspection fee. I just can not understand when a person who has no expertise how can he claim that certain parts which cost around 1500 dollars are faulty, and can not guarantee that the issue will be fixed by replacing the faulty parts, why my vehicle was sent there for inspection and why should I spend 300 dollars which i am not supposed to upon Paul's wish. I contacted owner several times to get the issue addressed but he decided to not to respond and save money. They returned my car with many options disabled. Decals are not done right. They did very bad job and I am very disappointed. Folks stay away from these guys else they are gonna ruin your car.

After picking up my vehicle I noticed they didn’t paint a spot/burnt the paint off and then Clear coated over it. I sent photos in and they scheduled me in 1 month later. Gave me their shop vehicle which needless to say is a downgrade from my brand new truck. They did repaint my truck door again, however before leaving I did a thorough inspection and the messed up a larger area this time. Had the painter come out, estimator come out and the manager. They said they would have me come back AGAIN because who doesn’t like missing work and lost wages only it’s been over a month and still haven’t heard anything so I’ve been left with a poorly finished job on my brand new vehicle.” It’s been months after “fixing “ the paint on my door that they messed up twice and still haven’t gotten a call to fix properly Avoid at all cost. No attention to detail from their workers or keen eye for detail. If you go, be warned and do a thorough check before leaving. Not that it matters cause they won’t schedule you back in. My next step this week is to contact my car insurance provider and inform them of this.

My rear driver’s side window literally exploded while driving on the highway through Calgary on my way to Saskatoon. I went online at 7:40 the following morning to book an appointment and got at slot at 8:30 less than an hour later. I went in and explained what happened and that I was passing through to Saskatchewan. The gentleman helping me made a call and said he could have the car done and ready to go by 2:30 that day! They had it ready by 2:30 like they said and I was on my way! Thanks for the excellent customer service!
