B	Belle L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is average for haircut but not reliable for bridal hair. For bridal hair, the hair dresser can come to your house to do the bridal party's hair. The hair dresser I booked for the bridal party hair was Donna. We specifically discussed what time she should arrive and when she must finish before guests show up at the house. During the bridal hair trial, I emphasized to her the importance of finish setting the entire bridal party's hair on time as the timeline on the wedding day is tight and she acknowledged and agreed. On my wedding day, she arrived half an hour late (her excuse was traffic on early weekend morning and her GPS gave the the wrong direction) and finished 15+ minutes late and I had to rush to get dressed after she finished. Not only was she late, I noticed the hair style she did for me is not the style we agreed on but there was no time to fix it. What's the point of doing a hair trial when the hair dresser doesn't stick to the plan. I had pictures of my trial hairdo but I had confidence in her and expected her to remember and that if she forgets, she would confirm the hair style with me again. I expressed my displease of her running behind and she blamed it on her partner (the make-up artist for me) for finishing my make-up late and no apology. Her and her partner work as a team so they should have proper communication for the time needed for each other to finish on time. I would not recommend this place for bridal hair.

I sat in her chair while she gave 6 haircuts checking my hair only once. After 2 hours decided it needed more bleach. After 3 hours passed she removed the bleach and put on a toner. After she had put it in she tells me my hair maybe a blueish tinge for a day or so. I walked out of there with bright blue hair, and it took 2 weeks to fully wash out. I am now left with extremely fried hair with broken chunks all around my face. I will never go back.
C	Cat Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have difficult hair to cut, wavy, thick and coarse but Donna is able to do a great job. She is fast and efficient. Price is very reasonable. The decor is basic but clean an tidy.
L	Lyndsay McDermott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donna did an amazing job, honestly one of my favorite haircuts I've ever gotten. She didn't charge an arm and a leg like a lot of women's haircuts. She was super nice and I gave a huge tip. I highly recommend them. They do nails as well.
