★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some minor non insurance body work done on my van. Friendly staff. The paint work was professional and completed quickly. We had a bit of miscommunication on what was included in the initial estimate but it was resolved promptly and fairly. Would use them again. Thx Terry

The process starting from getting an estimate, dropping my car off, getting my rental car figured out, and to picking it up was very easy and straight forward even with this Covid-19 happening. Dealt with Terry a lot and he even fixed a small issue without charge that wasn’t part of the accident when they didn’t have to. Car looks brand new after the repair. Very happy and I will defiantly be back if I have to in the future.

The receptionist and the mechanic, Warren, were both super helpful and friendly and had the car fixed within an hour. I cannot overstate how appreciative I am to Warren and the amazing team at Fix Auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Fix Auto Bow Valley after a car accident. I wanted to get my vehicle towed to their shop and assess the frame for damage. After some poorly written and unprofessional email responses with their Admin Assistant (Belinda), I was told they would not allow me to tow my vehicle to their shop. Honestly, I was super confused about why they don't want to take my money and disappointed by the unprofessional communication and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When calling to ask about getting my vehicle looked at after an incident to ensure the frame was still intact and safe to drive on. Was asked for photos of the cosmetic damage (completely unrelated to what I was asking for) and then sent a huge estimate all to do with the cosmetic damage and requesting we do not tow the vehicle to the shop. Strange request to make for a shop and make no indications to the cost of a frame assessment which is the only thing asked of in the first place. This shop does not seem to put an emphasis on keeping drivers safe on the road and is only keen on doing business if it's going to be over 10 grand.
