Overcharged for a ceiling fan installation. We had a tricky fan to install, was advised the electrician would arrive at 1pm, he called at 1.15pm. I had to leave for an appointment, when i returned he said he needed a battery for the remote, so i headed back out again to get one. Upon return i called him to let me in and he said wrong number and hung up. He then called me back to let me in. I was charged for 2.5 hour when he was only there for at least 1.75 hours. When i mentioned to 'Stu' as i called to advise i felt i was a cheated, he became rude and abrupt to me and asked for my credit card details which i did not want to pay with credit as i have the cash allocated for the work. He rudely told me to put it in an envelope and drop in the box behind his office (which i have never been to) I asked if i should address it to anyone in particular but i was talking myself as he had already hung up on me. I will never use this business again or recommend to any family or friends here in Canmore!

Highly recommend S2S! They came through when we needed them, during a heat wave. The power went out during the night, faulty main breaker (which caused our heat to remain on). One of their employees stopped by first thing before even visiting his shop. Needless to say this guy went above and beyond to get us back to comfortability. Was very quick with the diagnosis and fix, also really pleasant and friendly to deal with.

Had to call twice to get service to even show up. Service tech came December 23 and took part needed for replacement. No response until January 5 after multiple calls and was told it was delayed due to "supply chain issues" and S2S would call me when it came in to get installed. Sent me a bill January 14 for initial service and I replied asking for an update with no reply. Contacted them today asking again for an update and was told the part was not found in their "supply chain". Asked for the part back and they threw it out. I found the part on Amazon tonight. Waste of time dealing with this company and they lie.
