So my longtime entrusted Dr decided to leave the province from my understanding and I got stuck with a doctor not willing to provide any assistance whatsoever in regards to my medications which have now run out 4 days ago and with a clear disregard for any sort of humanity, or any empathetic view, he pushed me off once again. I will be filing a formal regarding the recored call with the Alberta governing body that oversees these transgressions as he laughed in my face when I expressed my pain and discontent with how my file is being handled and how I as a human being was treated. I do not think the new doctor can run his office properly with this sort of attitude and he needs to re-evaluate in terms of how he treats his clients. Dr. Dans is a poor choice if looking for any medical assistance. Intsead was provided with disrespect towards his patient and a horrible bedside manner overall. Wouldnt recommend to see me dog.

Great hours, several Dr's so easy to get appointments. Dr's are very thorough. In the waiting room I hear people yelling at the reception staff about their wait time, this is insane. Reception has no control over this, often it is the patient currently being seen, who has not thoroughly disclosed the purpose for their visit,, costing the Dr and waiting patients valuable time. Please, do everyone a favor when booking your appointments, explain ALL the issues you wish to address so that the appropriate time slot can be booked. For example, WCB appointments take close to an hour because of paperwork involved, be considerate.

Dr. Odunze was my doctor for almost a decade. She saw many things on my life changing. One of them, my mental health. Which started to deteriorate rapidly. She helped me for some time. But, could not be on top of it, and definitely could not look up for the long run. Instead, the last time I saw her. Was more about me, not listening. She left without addressing any of the reasons I was actually there (like my high cholesterol). Just wasted my time with some rant. Because she does not understand mental health as she might think. If you cannot advocate and care for the patient. Then, maybe should not be a doctor. Money can buy you a pretty certificate. But in the end, are the actions what actually matters.

Been a patient at this clinic for 3 years as I live right beside the clinic. I’ve seen 2 different doctors here (Dr Osuagwu and when he left, Dr. Das) that were both wonderful though they moved on to their own practices. When trying to get the Doctor that runs this place to take me (and my family) on as her patient (tired of cycling through family doctors and reopening mental wounds) I was rejected because I have chronic conditions that are incurable. Therefore I did not meet the standards of being Dr. Odunze’s patient. Disappointed doesn’t cover how I feel. I feel rejected for being human and needing a doctor. When I spoke to her of mental illness she was visibly uncomfortable and when I started crying because I no longer have a family doctor or a clinic to go to she just said she didn’t want to feel bad because she couldn’t fix me, and left the room. Worst part for me was knowing I need specialists, and I need a family doctor to refer to specialists and see for my physical and when I get a UTI. I don’t expect to be β€œfixed”, but I certainly never expected to leave the doctors feeling like I was broken and incapable of getting help. Crushing experience that makes me not want to ever see a doctor again.

Worst service ever, walk in patients have to wait 1 or 2 hours just to see doctor, even patient has no strength to talk walk and have a high fever they made them wait outside, i had to cancel my appointment after waiting 1 hour bcoz no body cares how ill the patients are. Doctors goofing off in the back no responsibility at all. Walk in should be removed as it makes no difference if patients have to wait 2 hours.

Dr. Odunze is maybe knowledgeable, but her attitude is really unprofessional. One day I called the clinic to make an appointment and a receptionist said I can come now, so I came right after. But the doctor seemed busy that day, and she kinda yelled because I was late for the appointment, lots of her patients are waiting. She threatened me that she might charge me for $100 as penalty. Horrible. Receptionists are nice. I feel sorry they work with that moody doctor.
