★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in the shop on 2 separate occasions needing help immediately for jobs I was in the middle of. On both occasions the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. They got me going as quickly and as reasonably as they could, and the price was less than I had expected. I would recommend using these guys to anyone in need of their services. 5 stars for saving me, twice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed, brought in my pressure washer to be serviced and was told it needed a gas flush and a new spark plug to get it going. That would be fine if I had not just done that myself. I was charged for a spark plug and when I asked for my new plug back they told me they couldnt find it and were unwilling to give me a replacement. I was also given my machine back empty on fuel when I brought it in full. Not impressed, I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in yesterday requesting a part. Guy on the phone told me to come in, telling me he had a few of these parts on the wall. I drove 30 minutes to this destination. Today I came in with my part on hand, and providing photos with model numbers (if required). I approached the front counter describing my part(s) needs. The front counter person put me to the side, helped two other customers that were behind me yet I was before them. When it was my turn, the counter service rep told me rudely " he had NO time to search for the part, and that he couldn't help me because he had too much to do". During this, at the front side there were two guys playing a video at the desk. The volume of this video was turned up SO LOUD that some couldn't talk in the store. This business shows very poor customer service, and shows no interest to do business with their customers. Go elsewhere for your parts and service needs !

Last time they showed my some tricks to save me money on my chain so I am very happy to support this small business. If your going to buy a chainsaw in Victoria buy it here as they are the same price as the big box stores but actually stand behind there product

I am not part of forestry just a chainsaw enthusiast that helps elders in my community and for personal use . Most of the time I’ll go without my Saw
Or the proper information though it has never failed they have been bang on every time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in a chain from my chainsaw to have two new chains made up. Arrive at the job site up island, only to find out they made the chains 4 inches too long! Drive all the way into Mill Bay, get two correct chains, then all the way back to the job site. Total wasted day....take incorrect chains back the next day and not even an apology.....will not return for future business.
