★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left the batteries dead after servicing and then sent a bill for $30 when asked why the batteries were dead. Boat did not pass survey two months after servicing. They did not alert us to any of the problems the survey found. Overall an awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service received. I had both outboards serviced offsite by Gartside (Oak Bay). Technician, Tyler, arrived with all spare parts that might be needed, but only installed those that were necessary. He captured all used fluids (no spills) and left the boat and site clean. Tyler provided useful operating tips while servicing the engines and the service manager, Charles, followed up by phone afterwards.
