★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man i dealt with was very friendly very nice and easy to deal with but the service lacked quite a bit. Took my lawn mower there due to a surging issue. After it being there for 2 weeks i never recieved a call saying it was ready, i had to call to find out if it was or not. Then when recieving the lawn mower it still had the suging issue. I brought it back only for it to be there another 2 weeks and still no calls to let me know anything. When i went to pick it up he did not charge me anything said it was something he should have done the first time. I got home started the lawn mower and had the issue within 1 minute of starting it. They are very friendly but i am not happy with the service and wont be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Dave Burnett for years and believe in supporting local businesses. Always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and service is second to none. As far as the big box stores, Dave will do his best to price match it if you are thinking about making a purchase in the near future. Also keep in mind that when you purchase something from Dave, it comes assembled and ready to go. You just don't get that from the other guys.

Finally can get Meat Church spices and Fogo charcoal locally! Seems like the new ownership has created more urgency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in looking for answers on the new Echo electric yard tools and had the owner take time out of his busy day to talk to me for over 30 minutes about the differences. Feels like they are large enough to have all the new product, like the electric powered yard tools, but also small enough to care about each customer. Great customer service!
