★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service client terrible. Les deux fois que je suis allée, personne ne m’a adressé la parole même si je voulais acheter un vélo. J'attendais aux vélos depuis un moment et un couple est arrivé, le conseillé à préféré répondre à eux en premier. Il a donné de merveilleux conseils que j’aurais aussi aimé selon mes besoins. Je comprends que c’est occupé, qu’il n’y a pas d’employés ou peu importe, mais même si j’ai pas l’air d’avoir d’argent comparé à un couple dans la 60taine, je suis quand même une cliente.
Les deux étoiles, c’est parce que le prix était bon et le caissier est venu porter la boite dans ma voiture… même si c’était évident qu’il aurait préféré ne pas le faire.
 Terrible customer service. Both times I went, no one spoke to me even though I wanted to buy a bike. I had been waiting for the bikes for a while and a couple arrived advising him to answer them first. He gave some wonderful advice that I also would have liked based on my needs. I understand it's busy, there are no employees or whatever, but even though I don't seem to have any money compared to a couple in their 60s, when am I? even a client.
The two stars is because the price was good and the cashier came to take the box to my car ... although it was obvious he would have preferred not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed that they don't have an english version of their website. Will be taking my business to a competitor that respects both of Canada's official languages. UPDATE: I live in Montreal, Quebec. Quebec is a province of Canada, not a French Country. I guess they don't want the business of Anglophones so that is why they don't have an English version of their website for us to use. They also spelled my name wrong.
