Good reception, but charges 4 times the price for a simple repair. Fees of $ 40 for an estimate of 5 min. Worse than a bad mechanic. Do not recommend.

Mais me faire charger 50 $ pour me faire dire que l'appareil n'est "pas réparable" (pièce plus disponible), et ce, sans même avoir eu à examiner/démonter l'appareil physique (photos), il me semble que ça frise l'escroquerie... To charge me $ 50 for an estimate, I find that quite legitimate. That the $ 50 is not deductible on the cost of the repair, I find that ordinary. But to charge me $ 50 to tell me that the device is "not repairable" (part no longer available), without even having to examine / disassemble the physical device (photos), it seems to me that it borders on a scam ...

LOLOLOL le service = 0 She puts everything off, you call it takes like 25 min before you get an answer and when it picks up it puts you back on hold. LOLOLOL service = 0

J'ai pris le risque d'y aller et avec aucune attente le monsieur qui m'a répondu a été très accueillant et respectueux. Ils m'ont même appris que j'étais protéger par une garantie légale donc merci beaucoup, je n'ai rien à leur reprocher ! I was very reluctant to come and have my TV repaired in this place due to the bad reviews that the employees were disrespectful. I took the risk of going there and with no expectations the gentleman who answered me was very welcoming and respectful. They even taught me that I was protected by a legal guarantee so thank you very much, I cannot fault them!

Weeks can pass and you will never get information about your reparation current state!!! .. and if you call asking ... the lady at the reception will answer with a bat in the hand!!! Finally when the reparation is done..(you have to call in order to know if it's done) you .. the client, have to wait until they have another client close by to your delivery place in order to get you stuff.

Parking in front and in the back lot. They also offer in-home repairs. If it can be repaired, they will do it. Highly recommend!!!!
