Warm, caring and Human! With her experience and expertise she found the Under Writer we needed. We are simply overjoyed. Not only that.. but, are costs have gone down in a MAJOR way! I being a process consultant, was simply awestruck with the finesse and attention to detail.
When you get treated like a close friend, with your best interest in mind, you can just relax.
Not too much information and not too less, that not an easy thing to practice, and I surely learnt from Kelly what it means by sufficient information at the right time to make a well informed smart decision.
Mortgage as such is pretty complex thing, then the stress of understanding all the numbers, find your way through the maze of the short terms gains vs the long term gains, Kelly made is super simple and easy to understand.
If you are looking for mortgage, talk to Kelly from First Foundations, and you will get all the help you need.

She was very knowledgeable and helped us to find the best scenario for our circumstances and patiently answered all of our questions. Kelly has helped us from the purchase of our first home, then our forever home and multiple mortgage renewals. Every meeting has been such a positive experience, I'd recommend her every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In nearly 30 years of being insured, I have never experienced the superior level of customer service as I did with Lyndsay at First Foundation. From helping us navigate through a claim after a minor fender bender, to finding the best rates well in advance of every renewal, to helping us insure our home while we waited for it to sell when we moved back to Ontario - Lyndsay was always quick to respond, helpful and assuring, and at all hours (even when it meant missing her Christmas party!). She was compassionate, thorough and professional in all our dealings.
Lyndsay acted as our support system when we moved provinces, and our advocate for getting the best rates and coverage available to us. The only reason we're no longer with First Financial is because they don't cover Ontario, but when they do, we'll be Lyndsay's first Ontario customer!
