★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudeness seems to be a theme for this "management" company. Condescending, unnecessarily rude ALL THE TIME, unhelpful and just plain awful. A polite email is usually responded to with a long essay telling us what we are doing wrong and that the issue is our fault etc....very unprofessional. People shouldn't have to feel like they cant turn to you for fear of being told off and made to feel like their issues dont matter. IT IS YOUR JOB TO HELP AND FIX PROBLEMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the misfortune of living in a building managed by this company. They are the worst. No proper customer service. My property manager is Peter Tyrrell. He is by far the rudest most condescending person I have dealt with in my 44 years of life. I have a number of other residents in the building that say the same thing about him. I’m not sure how they allow him to continue working there. Our building had a fire. We have had to move out till possibly 7-8 months during a pandemic, you would think he would have some compassion. Zero. If I ever move I will make sure they don’t run the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. Unfortunately as a condo owner I have had the 20+ unpleasant years of dealing with Firm Management. It all started with Hillary D., the first building manager who was a condescending entitled B.. and now the successors are following suit. The company has gotten worse with the new president Kyle McGregor in place.
They may be fine, running the internal affairs of a building, but that is where it ends.
Any personal condo building issues, there is no customer service.
Poor communication, unresponsive & dismissive.
Perhaps they have taken on to many buildings to manage, but there is no excuse for this kind of treatment.
By the poor reviews on google it seems to be a theme with them. Firm Management is an energy sucking company and if I had the power, they would have been fired a long time ago.
I will gladly remove this comment when Firm Management starts treating their customers with basic courtesy.
