We were looking to get a new wood burning insert and we were taken care of in a very timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my wife and I met with Chad. B., he was knowledgeable about the products we sought, and I was advised to come in with measurements to see what would work. Chad was fantastic at explaining the fireplace insert operation and benefits in comparison to other similar inserts, and Josh's install was without any problems. Not only that, Josh painted the insert once installed to ensure any paint chips from shipping/installation were covered up. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Chad or Mark at the store. I would definitely recommend this shop for any wood-burning appliance needs! Thank you gentlemen.
