★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Added a natural gas bbq and fireplace for a new outdoor deck. Went to the store and received great information on all the features. We picked the Napoleon Prestige BBQ and fireplace. Prices for the products were comparable to their competitors. The difference was in the other costs such as setup, delivery, etc.
When delivered our deck was not ready. They without hesitation offered to return in a few days. We ended up putting the units in our garage for 2 days.
We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
We definitely recommend this business

We have purchased 2 fire places from nick and no other company was even close in price for our propane fire place and wood insert. Professional installation and great quality.
We had a small issue with our door handle that had seized. Nike and his team took care of it and we couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a fireplace insert in February 2019 and after it was installed I did not think it was as aesthetically pleasing as in the showroom and the picture in the company’s brochure. So, I went to the store and spoke to someone about it. The owner came to my home with additional rocks and decorative sand and I believe he adjusted the positioning of the logs and it made a huge difference! Excellent customer service with a great showroom to see a large number of options. I highly recommend this place.

Fire away went above and beyond our expectations. We are very happy with our purchase of our new fireplace. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. My wife and I would highly recommend this company!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reached out to Fire Away a few months back and from the time Nick came out and met with us to the install the service has been great. Our install was a little nerve wracking as we were replacing and existing fireplace that had been sealed off.
Nick put our mind at ease. He came out and did an assessment and provided us a quote. We called Nick back after getting the quote to make sure that there would be minimal issues and Nick came back out and looked again and gave us the reassurance.
When reviewing the quote we thought the fireplace insert might be to small so we went in to the shop and the lady working there was fantastic. She walked us through the store and showed us the exact model we were getting and spent the time with us.
Install day came and the two gentlemen that came were exactly that. They did a great job and were very professional. It ended up being an all day job but we are thrilled so far with the service.
