★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and efficient cleaning. They followed all covid procedures and were very aware of what they were touching, sanitation of everything before they left. We have a person with low immune system in the household and this company went above and beyond to ensure a sanitary and safe cleaning! Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will use again in a few years when the next cleaning is needed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darrell was very professional and informative. His team showed up on time and ready to go. I love that they don’t have the giant hose from the truck coming into the house. It was a cold day and we did not have to suffer with the door wide open, like other companies we have used in the past. It’s the first time I have seen the portable system and it was great!! Jeff and Mo were fantastic and did an excellent job! They showed us before and after pictures of many of the vents in our home. We are extremely happy with the results!! We will be using Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not often that you find a company that beats their competition both on price and customer service. Our ducts needed to be cleaned to remove drywall dust after a renovation, and Strathcona Elite did a fanastic job making them look like new. Their technique of brushing, blowing out, and vacuuming the duct work is much more thorough than what I have seen from other cleaning companies. Their staff was very courteous and took great care with moving furniture and equipment to avoid any damage to our home. They will be our go-to place for furnace cleaning in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, friendly courteous and easy to deal with. Willing to answer any questions that I had as well without hesitation. Checked my vents before starting to make sure that I actually needed a service and then with no pressure allowed me to decide whether or not I would like to proceed. I did and was happy that I did so! The tech was at my home for around 4 hours and did a really thorough job, showing before and after photos of the inside of the vents as well. I would not hesitate to use Strathcona Elite again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was for 1:30… and there was a knock at the door at 1:29 (very good first impression, especially given that it was later in the day). Chuck talked me through what he was going to do so I was able to move around with my laptop for my meetings. We had asked to have all ducts cleaned, and apparently the one for our dryer didn’t need it, given the way it was built. I wouldn’t have known better but Chuck told me about it and didn’t charge me for it. Very impressed, and I highly recommend them.

He was clean, professional and finished in the time he said he would. I would highly recommend these guys for all you furnace/duct cleaning needs. I'll use them again for sure.
