★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Some of the quickest hardest working staff I've ever seen. They get through lots of people and bags so quick... very impressive. They deserve to have a few more counters on hand to relive the work load a bit. Keep up the good work every one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for BOTTLE DRIVES. I have done several bottle drives using Fir Street Bottle Depot, as well as taking our own bottles there regularly. The bottle drive was easy to book with Bali. The staff were nice, and efficient. I'll continue going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't properly count their bottles and try to short you. I learned of this when I brought my bottles in and it seemed pretty low compared to other places I've been before. So the last time I brought them in, I had everything pre counted and organized via one bag (s) for under 1L and another bag(s) for over 1L. The Grand total count was 260. They only counted 220.
When I called them out on that and showed them my information on what I counted with what was recorded down in separate categories, they did nothing about it and accused me of mis counting my own bottles. They also have rarely been friendly at this location and have poor service in general. I will never come back here and recommend everyone to use the Kaska Road location for best reliability, service and friendliness of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bali @ Fir Street Bottle depot was awesome for our hockey team's yearly bottle drive. He dropped his truck off early in the morning so we could prepare, and picked it up promptly when we were done. He even came straight back to grab our extra bags of bottles as we had more than we could fit in the original truck. Bottles were counted and we had our team's earnings in 3 days. Dark Horse Hockey Club highly recommends Fir Street Bottle Depot for your teams bottle drives!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, awesome people. I have been taking my botles to them for 20 years (3 or 4 times per year) and have NEVER been shorted once. Today, i even waited outside while they counted. I was given the exact amount of cash that I expected. That tells me they are 100% accurate and 100% honest.
