★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to them to Service my Bernina 765, it had been having some issiues with an embroidery pattern that i have, they took it in and did the servicing that is needed (it had been a 3 years). When i got it home it was still having issues so i took it back (with the pattern that i was having issues with, Didn’t bring it the first time). I have it back and it’s working better then ever. Thank you so much now i can get back to making my quilts and my Covid-19 masks. I will use them again and again. PS i live in Armstrong, so that should be saying something...:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our vacuum in for repair, were told there would be a $20 charge just to look at it and if repairable that would go toward the cost. We were totally fine with that. A short time later we received the call to pick it up being told it was the switch, I asked which switch so he showed me the switch which was functioning just as it should. The power brush and light were not working, so realizing it was not the switch he said it's probably the wiring in the handle and would not be worth fixing and parts were not available anymore for the eureka vacuums. This would indicate that he did not even look at it. When we got it home I decided to have a look at it myself and the head popped off very easily , all I needed to do was remove two small screws and immediately located the broken wire, fixed and its fully functioning again. So I paid $20 to have it sit there for a few hours that's it. He didnt even bother to look at it.

The last visit, Patty went above and beyond and we left feeling extremely happy about the purchase and support. Customers appear to develop long term relationships with this store, and it's staff; rare in this day and age of fast moving business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my central vacuum carpet attachment into the ladies at Findlay’s and they were very very helpful in showing me not only how to remove the “foot” part so that we could try to remove the blockage, but then also took the time and effort to help me remove the blockage of what turned out to be pet fur and carpet underlay from when someone else used my vacuum and accidentally got too close to where the cats had lifted the edge of the carpeting. Within 5 minutes my problem was resolved, I knew how to disassemble my vacuum better, and I was one very happy customer! Oh, and they saved me on labour charges, too! I’ll definitely be back for my vacuum needs in the future!! Thanks again, Patti and Kathy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stopped there a 8-10 times to get parts for my Tristan vacuum(bags, filters, & accessories). They spend more time telling me it’s on order, it wasn’t on order, or they have no demand for it. I get a different story every time I go there? So I began buying it on Amazon and I don’t get excuses. Or I go to the vacuum store in Kelowna. I live in Merritt, so I’m in Kamloops and Kelowna a lot.
