★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les propriétaires sont très gentils, ils est possible de se faire servir dans les deux langues et mes patins n’ont jamais aussi bien patiné! Les prix sont très abordables et vous pouvez même faire la location de patins pour les petits et les grands.
 The owners are very nice, they can be served in both languages and my skates have never skated so well! The prices are very affordable and you can even hire skates for young and old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shameful experience! Paid $15 to rent a pair of skates that was broken, and the guy knew it.
When he passed then to me he said “sorry about that velcro part, and uhhh, the laces...”. Five minutes into skating I realized what he meant: the laces didn’t go all the way up, and the velcro to lock in the ankle was broken, too.
I was given one working skate that fit beautifully ...and one that you couldn't actually lace up, or tighten up past the third eyelet hole.
Less than 15 minutes after renting these skates I went and asked for a refund, or a new pair of skates that wasn’t broken.
His response was “I guess that’s what you get when you rent, right?” Um, no, not really? That’s not what you get when you rent. When you rent, you expect to...rent a product that is in working condition.
I saw many people happily renting skates, so your mileage may vary. But for me, the whole experience felt like a total scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a single experience with Final Pass Pro Shop and it was extremely negative. In the first place, they were very poorly equipped to meet the demand. Although there were probably under 30 people in line, we waited for over an hour. One reason for this is that they have single person handling skate rentals, returns, and sharpening. Another is that they were running out of skates and had to wait for some to be returned before they could rent them again.
That in itself wouldn't be so bad. What is worse is that after waiting in line for over an hour, the lady in front of us was informed not only that they could not process debit/credit cards, but also that they were out of change and had to close for 5-10 minutes. She told the employee working there that he should have informed people in line that the debit/credit machines were out of order.
At this point, the employee became very defensive and told her that he had been telling people all along, which was blatantly false. She told him that they should have put out a sign. This is, in fact, what any responsible person in his position would have done. Instead of apologizing for the error, he very rudely asked her, "Well, do you have a pen and paper?" as if it were her responsibility. He repeatedly shouted at her that he had just gotten out of the hospital as though to blame her for being so unreasonable.
We were appalled by this absolutely shameful and immature behaviour, not to mention by the complete disregard for other people's time displayed by this employee and the lady who was working before him. After witnessing all of this, we left without getting a chance to skate. I would really like to go to the Sens Rink of Dreams at a better time, but I don't want to give these people a cent of my money.
