The manager at this location, Michael, gave me inaccurate information, was so unbelievably rude for no reason, he was aggressive and condescending when he was unable to locate an offer from my customer file. After a quick call to Fido I was able to resolve the issue easily because the offer was in my customer file the whole time. The real problem was Michael wanted to be right at all costs and even after realizing his mistake he was unable to be accountable, humble or apologetic. I work in customer service and I have never in my life left a negative review, because we all have off days, but Michael handled himself incredibly unprofessionally. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

They are charging you and you won't even notice. if you have Fido please go and ch3ck your bills. when you call them it will take 3 months to get fix and you will be paying that stupid amount again and again. ?
