The worst experience ever, went in to upgrade my cell, Zaheer was on his cel texting or messaging all the time he didn't even listen to what I asked and he ask for my ID. I asked that I wanted to see what offers they had on new phones. He kept on smiling lookong at his cel and then asked for my ID again. I walked away and he kept messaging like nothing happened. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY FIDO HAS GONE SO LOW ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHY HAVE PEOPLE THAT GIVES THE COMPANY THE WORST IMAGE EVER.

Terrible experience with the "free tablet" nothing in life is free, lesson learned again I guess? Really made me lose faith in any company actually being honest with customers, this will be my last contract with Fido.

Deceptive in selling phones/phone plans and manipulates customers to upgrade to a new phone (and sign their contract) when the phone doesn't work well. The touch screen lagged or needed to be pressed multiple times to click on anything. Returned a week or two later regarding these complaints and provided the name of the staff who sold the phone, but Fido responds by saying they're unavailable and there is nothing can do to resolve the situation.

I brought my phone in for a repair. I was told it would be covered by warranty and only take a couple weeks to be shipped back. A MONTH later I was told the repair had been cancelled (for no apparent reason), was disappointed but just wanting to get my phone back. Now it's been FOUR MONTHS, they lost my phone and have been unable to provide a solution or reparations of any sort. Dan has been telling me he'll have a solution "next week" for months. After years of being loyal customers, I can't recommend them any less. So extremely disappointed and in awe at how horrible my experience has been.

Met en elderly lady that didn't understand English too well but needed a phone. After helping her out and visiting Bell, Rogers and Telus, none of the big three seemed interested at all in helping. Then we found Mick at Fido and wow what an amazing experience. Not only did he take the time to understand her situation, we walked away with a good phone, and a plan that she understands. He even took the time to do an update and walk her through how to use basic functions. Words can't describe how impressed I am with the customer service here. Definitely come here and find Mick. You won't be sorry.

The Fido store was fine, and the people that helped me were great. But they were hamstrung by the software used by Fido to 'help' with support. Sadly, I'm sure every phone carrier in Canada sucks just as much.
