★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started ordering from here in March, the delivery service is so great, the prices are good and they have some quality brands. Mostly though I want to say the customer services is great, had a bit of a problem (from the distributor) with some raw food quality and they are going out of their way to make it right which I really appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered dog food for delivery. It's always delivered fast and the staff were super helpful when I emailed them. Love that they donate to local charities! They also give you the option of subscriptions that help you save a bit of money, but there is no obligation and you can choose to have items delivered as needed. Also they have lower prices for my dog's food then the previous place I was ordering from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was super great for a year until they started charging me for food and not delivering it, refusing to honour the Acana buy 12, get one free, refusing to honour my rewards, suddenly charging an extra $10 a bag without letting me know, and refusing to provide receipt of the 1% donation they say they do.

Jarred is amazing and always gives great advice to which products I should use, especially since my dog is on different diets every so often. Getting or food delivered.. what more can you ask for? You won’t regret using them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been subscribed to a food delivery plan for more than a year now and I can't express how convenient this is!
I set the frequency, added my card to my account and just get the food delivered to my door, I've never had to think about the food for my dog, it's just always there :) The prices are great, plus they donate a portion of the price to a charity of your choice, PLUS I get cashback on my subscription and more!
I've never had issues, even times when I wanted to change the frequency or something else, the customer service has been just excellent.
I have no plans of changing my preferred pet food supplier.
I also have a bird and once they grow enough to offer pellets and similar things for birds, I'll order that from them too :)

I highly recommend switching to them for their delivery service if you find yourself with a packed schedule every week. I have yet to have a single mistake in any of my orders and I’m very impressed!
