B	B Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing company and product however It’s hard to imagine the company of this calibre would hire a person or a security firm to represent their company at the front gate with zero communication skills. The female in particular believes yelling at people is normal behaviour rather than pointing out procedure etc.Very poor reflection on the company ,will not be purchasing any product or returning to this plant in my lifetime.

All because of front gate security guards ...min. wait times 1 hour just for entry without any reason bescause they dont give you green light ....after that be ready for hrassment from security guards because they think they own this company ....i dont know how come such a big corporation is giving contracts to these kind of security companies and i wish whoever is the Gm of ferrero canada please take a look on this matter because your security guards they dont respect the time of truckers ... For them it seems like they are doing charity to give work to trucking companies... Truckers all the reviews you are reading for security guards at front its all true... Probably if somebody is lucky enough that guards dont yell at you ...apart from that giving only one star because everything other then security guards is actually organised...

Take right( from ferrero blvd) to enter otherwise you will be refused 2. If pickup on reefer trailer set it at 55F 3. Slide your trailer axles to back/rear before entering.

I was going to this site first time and was not aware that you have to slide tandems before gatehouse as there were no signs before gatehouse. The lady named 'Rebecca' at the Gatehouse was really rude and the racist person i have ever seen in my entire life. She shouted at me even i apologized and handed me instructions paper while abusing me. She insisted on taking U Turn and coming back to gatehouse which I did. After i reached again at her window. She again used really rude and abusive language again for which i confronted her this time. Then she refused to give me my trailer and told to leave. This whole incident wasted my entire day. I hope the management will take some action against this type of racist person. People say Truck drivers are Front Line Workers but we don't get respect anywhere that we well deserve.
