As a customer or tenant of Vionell Holdings Partnership, you have access to a 24-hour emergency line. This line is to be used for emergencies only including, but not limited to, flood, fire, loss of heat or water service. Please call 204.726.1681 and listen to the prompts and select which property applies to your emergency situation.
After hours calls that are deemed to be non-emergencies by the after-hours contract may result in a $50 service charge. It is paramount that the emergency line is available to those experiencing an emergency and should therefore not be abused by those who are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here 4 years, never had any issues with the Vionell group, in fact I had a washing machine break and it was replaced, not fixed, literally carted out and a new one in its place. Quiet apartments, that are well looked after. I only moved cause I bought.
