★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stan was on site before I arrived. He had most of the exterior done. He did an extensive investigation throughout and took pictures. At the end he gave me a brief synopsis and that same night I had a 55 page inspection report with recommendations and pictures to provide to my financial institution for mortgage approval. Stan was very nice, easy to talk to and very forthcoming with his findings and recommendations, I highly recommend Stan for an inspection.
