It was immensely helpful through negotiating the purchase of our first home as well as giving a certain peace of mind when entering the transaction. I appreciated the time he took to write up a long report about the house, and how he went over the report with us afterwards. Todd looked into some spaces in the home that other inspectors would likely not have gone into. I would highly recommend Todd to other potential home buyers.

He was great to work with, is very friendly and very knowledgeable about where to look for potential problems. He also went through the reports with us at the end of the inspection to explain the problems he found and thus helped identify the things that needed to be taken care of before bringing in tenants. We highly recommend his work and will happily work with him again.

He took the time to go through the whole report point-by-point and explain everything and we felt very confident afterwards. After we moved in, Todd came back to finalize our woodstove WETT inspection. I would definitely work with Todd again and recommend him to others!
