Christine was so helpful in helping me pair up mohair with merino wool and I’m glad I went with her suggestion. Everything was wrapped up so nicely. She provided the most amazing online customer service! She responds to messages right away. So friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much and will be ordering from you again!

Her products are thoughtfully stocked with a blend of local, hand dyed yarns, to more mainstream choices, all high quality fibres with something for every budget. Every order was shipped almost immediately and received within a day or two (I live in BC), even during the most disrupted mail service times of the pandemic. Christine strives to keep in touch with her customers by creating caring, and fun online communities through Ravelry and Knit-Alongs. I try to buy all my yarns from Wool and Waves. I am a 100% happy customer.

I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon, within 15 minutes I had a tracking number, the package was at the post office first thing Monday morning (9am), and it was in my hands by Wednesday morning!
