Amazing unit, friendly neighbours, and, my personal favourite, temperature control individual to each suite. Haven't had tons of experience with management, but so far it has all been positive. I would recommend Broadstreet to any of my friends.

So far so good. Amenities are excellent, with insuite laundry, dishwasher and especially the air conditioning! Well worth it there. Only issues I have are understandable with a brand new building. A few construction issues here and there but the building client services are fast and ready to help fix the issues I noticed.

Apartment is good. Facilities are also good but customer service is not good. Site manager never available. If you call for appointment they are always booked. I'm highly disappointed with their services.

UPADATE!! A little bit late on the update regarding the ac repair but they have fixed it before spring and it is working fine now! Props to the new manager and the maintenance here! Harlan is always helpful! He checked our oven when there was something wrong with it. And today he even helped me boost up my car battery!! Cheers! ?? Hi there! Been with Broadstreet Properties even back in Winnipeg for 3 years and here in Brandon since spring. So far everything is ok. Richard, the manager is really nice and helpful. Even the maintenance crew too! I'll give it 2 stars for now simply because our is hasn't been fixed yet. It's been a week now. Yes, I reported it to the management and they have portable AC for us and even Richard offered his own office fan. It's on the contractor's side now that what we are all waiting if they will be available to repair it. Hoping to get it repaired as soon as possible! ? Cheers! ??

Were do I begin as I am certainly not a happy camper at all,I lived in Broadstreet in Winnipeg and there is no comparison,it was a much quieter building and we did not have to put up with kids screaming and playing in the hallway,dogs barking all day and I mean all day and dogs barking at night,also people who just park wherever they feel like.I pay for my parking so whether I am in it or not stay out of it.The air conditioner in summer is another thing its rediculously noisy.I do like the apt. but why on earth 2 bathtubs,why not a walkin shower as it would make it more senior friendly also the tubs are very high so I am going to be lookingfor a much quieter place come Spring,also your maintenance here leaves a lot to be desired.Your new manager is much better then your last who was never available.

Units are nice, spacious, and pet-friendly. Management has been friendly and approachable... when they are in the office, which is not very often. You can hear the neighbours, but so far it's not terribly loud. 2-star rating because: - 24/7 on-call is based out of British Columbia - they answer quickly but can't do anything for you other than send emails to on-site management. - On-site management is only available during the day a few days a week, no help on evenings, weekends, holidays and some business days. - Only 1 elevator for a large, 4 floor apartment complex. - $60/month for parking is outrageous, especially when your spot is NOT guaranteed despite assigned parking. There are many unauthorized/untagged vehicles that park in paid stalls and residents are told not to call a towing company. On-site management is never available to deal with these parking issues. I have had 5 unauthorized vehicles in my spot alone in the single month I have lived here, each time it was reported, and each time there was nothing anyone could do except take down info of the offending car. If having your PAID for stall is important, do not move here.

As other residents have noted, the sound-proofing here is unsatisfactory at best. You will absolutely hear your neighbour’s dog, baby, domestic disputes, or whatever else is going on around you. I can even hear my neighbour opening and closing their bedroom dresser from my own room. This is an issue that Broadstreet has known about across many of their properties for years, and makes their β€œcommitment to client satisfaction” claims ring hollow. I will be examining my options more closely once my lease is up.

I’m very pleased with my apartment. It’s spacious with plenty of storage room .Mailboxes and a Canada Post secure parcel box are indoors which was a pleasant surprise. The location is fantastic with a mall, grocery store, pharmacy ,restaurants, theatre, liquor store, hardware store & community gardens easily accessible via a walking/bike path .Bike racks are set up outside which is fantastic. There is a well appointed lounge on the main floor open daily to residents which can also be booked for private functions . Management & maintenance have been outstanding. Any concerns or questions I’ve had have been addressed in a timely & courteous fashion. As others have mentioned the suites are not very soundproof. However I consider that a first world problem & that’s why earplugs were invented if you find noise too disturbing. So far any neighbours I’ve met are very pleasant & it’s enjoyable to see so many children & dogs living here too!
