★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would consider 2.5 stars ⭐️, since it’s a good place to live, calm and quiet. Reasonable maintenance overall to keep the place organized and clean. Some issues like: Laundry machines are old and are usually not working properly, or cigarette smoke smelling in common areas, or hot tub, gym and pool always closed... However, this is not a very expensive place to rent and some good dialogue with the caretaker should be enough to help and make the leaving there good.
