The way they try to sell you those Breakfast coupons for Smitty's family restaurant telling you that you are getting a 50% off deal with this coupon is complete false information as I have tried it out. They should avoid doing these cheap and false marketing. Rooms were clean though and well maintained

Bed was comfortable enough although I found the mattress a little strange: the head-part tilted down so that I felt like my neck was bent backwards. I had to pack a couple pillows under my head to make it feel level. Overall, the room was quiet enough and the AC worked well. Staff were helpful when we needed them and accommodated our late check out. Check out was very easy as we simply sent a text once we were on our way.

Found hair on sheets and bathtub. We saw weird people in parking lot when checking in the night, did not feel safe. Also far away from downtown and restaurants. My kids and family did not get much sleep, not recommended. Do not waste your money here.

It was maybe 10 min drive to the hills, and 5 min to the centre of town. Highway noise was minimal, but our pet friendly room was across from the shared kitchen so didn’t appreciate the noisy people making breakfast at 7AM with the door wide open. One less star for that.

We came to Fernie to visit family for Christmas, and needed a pet friendly hotel with a wheelchair accessible room as I recover from an accident. This place was perfect - we’ll totally stay again and highly recommend. Great value!
