Je lui ai mandaté le soin de changer 12 thermos chez moi et j'ai adoré l'expérience. Un service hors parfait et rapide. Le prix excellent avec des options pour la garantie.
Ce dernier est recommandé par CAA Québec en plus et les membres peuvent obtenir un rabais de 3 %.
J'ai adoré mon expérience et vous le recommande sans hésiter.

I highly recommend Fenêtres Magique. The owner (and installer) is a very professional, polite person who provides outstanding service.
I gave him the task of changing 12 thermos at home and I loved the experience. Perfect and fast outside service. The price is excellent with options for the warranty.
The latter is also recommended by CAA Quebec and members can obtain a 3% discount.
I loved my experience and recommend it to you without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alain Durand (le propriétaire lui-même) fait la soumission et c'est aussi lui qui fait la pose. Très ponctuel, très gentil et très bon service. Quand le travail vite fait bien fait est fini, il quitte avec des vitres impeccablement propre ! WOW et merci pour un travail sans soucis ! Je le recommande chaleureusement.
Alain Durand (the owner himself) makes the submission and it is also he who does the pose. Very punctual, very kind and very good service. When the job is done quickly and well done, he leaves with spotlessly clean windows! WOW and thank you for a carefree job! I highly recommend it.

In their last message they said that I did not follow their directions...All this after several emails where I was asked to take the dimensions and pictures which I promptly provided. Not professional at all.
