A few years ago, we hired another installer who eventually contacted Fred at Fence Repair to complete the job that they had started because they were not efficient. We were very impressed with Fred's knowledge and attention to details at the time. In the spring, we were ready to install a final panel and fence door. We looked everywhere on the internet to find Fred and his team as we knew that he had done a good job on our fence. Even though our project was smaller than others, he did not hesitate to accept the job anyways. Fred and his team were very punctual and organized when they came to our house. They even consulted with my husband at times to confirm that they were installing the door as he wanted as they knew he was very particular about certain things. We really appreciated this personalized customer service as it shows that they cared about us being satisfied with the final product. This said, we would not hesitate to use Fence Repair Ottawa in the future.

They were polite, efficient and accommodating as the job grew by two more posts. From my initial email to Fred for a quote, to his site visit, to the contract, the invoicing, the payment….everything was so easy and stress free. We got excellent results and three happy neighbours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frederic and his team are top professionals. When discussing a start date, he mentioned that they were very busy and that he would be able to complete the work in late September. Even though we were not concerned about when the work would be done, we were very pleased when he was able to make time for us in late July. His email communication with us was virtually immediate and we never had to wait for a reply. When it came time to do the work, he showed up with his team and our fence was put up in two days, just as he had proposed. His team was very friendly and the work was done impeccably. Just as importantly, they left the site the way they found it; clean and clear of any debris. We even had two delicate vines that were attached to the old fence that needed to be carefully laid down. They were not disturbed at all during the work and I was able to re-attach them, undamaged, to the new fence. All-in-all, we would hire Frederic and his team with no hesitation whatsoever and, in fact, we have asked him for quotations for additional work we plan on doing next year. True professionalism, quality work, honest and straight-forward, does precisely what is proposed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were most pleased with the repair work completed by Fred and Scott. The extraction of two cedar posts and replacement with two new cedar posts was done with the utmost impressive professionalism. The work to remove both of the old posts was challenging but was completed without taking a break until the posts were installed and the cedar wood panels were re-attached.
In addition, the bottom and hinge-side frame to our cedar wood gate had rotted and these were replaced with the same impressive professionalism. Our gate was also re-aligned in order to open and close much more easily.
Fred promptly replied to our questions by email and by phone, as opposed to the lack of response from other fencing companies that we attempted to obtain quotes for repair work. The favourable price for the work completed was very reasonable. Our neighbours also had fence posts replaced by Fred at the same time.
We highly recommend that you contact Fence Repairs Ottawa for any fence repair need - you will be happy that you did so!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frederic and his team are amazing. Communication with him is outstanding. He told us when the work would possibly be started and true to his word it was started on time. We had a few hiccups, they were accommodating and adjusted the estimate accordingly and fairly. I think they went above and beyond on things that had to be done. Was always communicating with us on the surprises that kept coming up. They were tidy always kept the work site cleaned, left making sure we were happy with the job, and understood fully what was done. Would I recommend them, hell yes!!!

The process to schedule the work went smoothly and Frederic was very responsive by phone and text. His quote for the work was very reasonable and he and his team did the job very professionally. His team also made sure that any debris was cleaned up once they were done; looking at the yard, you'd never know they were there. I'm very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them.
