Ca ne sert a rien de payer plus cher pour avoir son paquer le landemain parcequil va arriver une semaine apres sous pretexte du covid et que cest la grosse saison, ( cest la grosse saison pour eux a lannée longue) Pire service ever purolator est toujours on time
There is no point in paying more to have your package the next day because it will arrive a week later under the pretext of the covid and it's the peak season, (it's the peak season for them all year long) Worst service ever purolator is still on time

Aucun service, ça fait 4 jours que j'ai planifié ma collecte et il ne ramasse pas. J'appelle et je ne peux avoir aucune réponse même si j'ai mon numéro de tracking car je n'ai pas mon numéro de confirmation et personne ne peut me dire où je peux trouver ce numéro. J'ai dû aller porter moi même le colis au dépôt afin de m'assurer que ce sera livré
No service, it's been 4 days that I planned my collection and it does not pick up. I call and I can not get any answer even if I have my tracking number because I do not have my confirmation number and no one can tell me where I can find this number. I had to go and bring the package to the depot to make sure it will be delivered

À part le fait qu'il faut un coup de chance pour les trouver à Drummondville... pour le reste ça va. Prix, somme toute, raisonnables et service rapide. Les employés sont agréables. Je n'ai rien eu à déclarer de brisé jusqu'à date, alors impossible de les critiquer sur le service après vente!
Apart from the fact that it takes a stroke of luck to find them in Drummondville ... otherwise it's fine. All in all, reasonable prices and fast service. The employees are pleasant. I haven't had anything to report broken up to date, so it's impossible to criticize them on the after sales service!

Livreur même pas capable de sonner à une porte. Je dois me déplacé au point de service pour une carte sim commander en ligne. Service de vraiment mauvais. Intelcom sont meilleurs par contre.
Delivery man not even able to ring a doorbell. I have to come to the service point to order a sim card online. Really bad service. Intelcom are better though.

Systeme GPS de livraison completement désuet pas capable de trouver mon adresse car leur systeme n'est pas a jour pourtant l'adresse affiche facilement par google map 1mois apres avoir recu mon colis je recois une facture de livraison alors que j'ai payer la livraison lors de l'achat de mon colis service a clientele fedex n'est vraiment pas bon je demande facturation le systeme automatique m'envoie a mauvaise place le personnel parle a peine francais difficile de ce faire comprendre et pas capable de repondre a la plus part des question
GPS delivery system completely obsolete not able to find my address because their system is not up to date yet the address is easily displayed by google map 1 month after receiving my package I receive a delivery invoice even though I paid for the delivery when buying my package fedex customer service is really not good I ask for billing the automatic system sends me to the wrong place the staff barely speaks French difficult to make people understand and not able to answer most of them questions

First of all i got a paper telling me to go get my package there. As i couldn't go, i asked if i got get it the next day. I was told no...It was 4:30pm when i called. I asked if i could get it that same day then as they are working 8am to 8pm. I was told that their drivers couldn't redo it...I mentionned that they could send the package to a fedex counter near my house in my city then. Then again i got a no. I simply decided to tell them to return the package to the sender. The next day i am receiving a call asking me to go get the package. When i mentionned that i asked to send it to the sender, i was told that i never asked that...Which i did...The people there didn't want to do their job right at all...The service SUCKED BADLY! Few days later i received a call from a lady from higher in fedex to apologize to me and my fiancé for all the problems that your poor service caused as the packaged never reached us and it was christmas gifts...for the kids. I appreciated the apology from your higher lady that called us tho. Thanks to her!
