b	brent brandon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On March 4, 2020 Family dental replaced 2 fillings. One was due to sub-par work from Lighthouse Dental which left a large gap, the second was created by the food that collected in that gap. My appointment was a 5pm. I went to bed at 9:30pm STILL frozen, tongue was slowly getting feeling back. The drooling sensation past March 5, 2020 by noon. I woke up in pain on March 5th and progressed through the day. This pain was worse than the originally problem that Lighthouse Dental fixed, but left a large gap. Pain is a sensitivity issue, no gum soreness. I called at 3pm march 5th to tell them that I am having problem and not happy to be in pain. Receptionist took information and talked to Dr. Yasmin. After talking to Dr. Yasmin, the receptionist told me Dr. Yasmin was busy but would call after the patient she was with or by the end of the day, which their hours are till 5pm. I received NO call. I called back at 5:30pm and left message. This is not how you handle patient care!! Now I have to find another Dentist to try and correct this and stop my pain. This is going to cost me time at work and obviously money. I will be filing a complaint with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and contacting my benefits supplier to see if they can hold payment and direct to the dentist who will be fixing problem.

So happy with the way they eased my worries, and made me feel so confident. My whole family goes to Family Dental and I wouldn't have it any other way! :)

Go for my appointment, then I have 500$ extra at the end of it,...... there reply. Oh sorry we charged you for 5th year eligibility, blah blah so that'll be x amount of dollars extra how would you like to pay? To put it politely I left without paying and have been fighting with these swines for a year

They aren't like the other dental offices I have been to, where they just get you in and get you out. They take the time to understand your issues, explain a plan of care, and work with you every step of the way. All while understanding your a person! I am soooo happy I brought myself and my family there. Thank you for all your hard work :)

The front desk receptionist does such an amazing job. I feel so comfortable from the moment I enter and she greets me. The hygienists who have cleaned my teeth are so professional yet personal. Kristina always makes me smile with her very positive attitude and her, as well as Erin who has also cleaned my teeth, could not do a better job ! Dr. Yasmin is so very caring and considerate. Her compassion shows and certainly makes me feel at ease. I must say because of the remarkable staff at FDC, going to the dentist is not something I dread any longer !

I was very nervous going in to my appointment, having had a rough experience with a different dentist office for the same op. I informed Dr Tavakoli and Nikki of this and they were extremely empathetic and genuinely concerned throughout the entire crown/bridge appointment. I’ve never felt so well cared for and their concerns were totally unnecessary because they were both so gentle and precise, and quick too. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I have never had a bad experience everyone there is friendly and caring. I am very nervous when it comes to having work done on my teeth and since attending this dentist office my Nervous have minimized and I actually look forward to going to the Dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who asks.
