Great representation of Telus that why you earned one star and very bad review from me
I will not ever buy any products from this Store!!!!

I wanted to purchase a brand new phone but didn't know which one or how to go about it, and Scott was incredibly helpful. He was kind, polite, thorough, and the experience was very personal. He listened to my concerns and questions and addressed each one with care and clarity. Never have I ever dealt with such an amazing customer service rep before. I will definitely be coming back simply for Scott!

Was extremely easy and fast to get a whole two lines, got the phones (both suggested by Brenda) and we absolutely love them!
