★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I have been very unimpressed with the service. I called on Saturday to which the girl working told me the repair guy wouldnt be in until the next day, sunday and would repair my phone then. I brought it in she took it and said to come back later that day. I came back later on the Sunday and she told me the repair guy didnt come into work again that day. and to leave it now untill tuesday and she promised it would be done tuesday as he wasn't in on the monday. Tuesday has now rolled around I just called got a different girl on the phone who was being incredibly rude and giving me attitude towards my very simple straight forward questions about my phone that is worth a lot of money. I finally ended up telling her I thought I was going to have to take my business somewhere else to which she replied "ok good luck" very rudely. now waiting to see if the repair guy actually shows up to his job at 3:30 So far it seems they are not very concerned about doing their jobs properly or even showing up (jeez that 3.5 day weekend must be nice) I would rate this a 2 just because of the incredibly poor customer service I have received
UPDATE: Went and picked up my phone after calling Gillco Electronics in the neighbouring town of bowmanville they gave me the exact same price and told me my phone would be done before the repair guy at this store even got in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. They posted a sign saying they would "be back in 15 mins", at the time when I was told to come back. I waited 45 minutes, watched 6 other customers come and wait then leave, and NO ONE SHOWED UP! This is the third time I came in today to try and collect my phones that were finished DAYS AGO, and I never was notified. Would give no stars if possible. Save yourself the hassle, and spend a little extra money to see a professional retailer that understands business management and customer service standards. This guy just wants your money and wants your phones - doesn't care if you're happy or not with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service! After bringing my phone in with water damage, I was told by the woman working that the technician was not in until the next day, but that he would start to work on it then. I was also told that he would need to work on it for a few days and I would be called when it was ready to be picked up. After 4 days I returned to check on the progress as I had not yet heard anything from them. The technician again, was not there. The woman working called him to check on his progress with the phone. After hanging up she apologized and said that he wasn't finished with it. I retuned 3 days later as I still had not heard anything from anyone. The technician AGAIN was not there. The woman working (the same woman as both previous times) opened a cupboard and pulled out my phone. It had not been touched. She apologized (not her fault at all) and said she would leave it on the desk with a 'big note' for him to look at it immediately. I took my phone from her and expressed my worry that the phone probably had even more damage than when I had brought it in, as it had been sitting in a cupboard for over a week, untouched with water damage corroding the parts inside.
I took my phone elsewhere the same day. It was looked at immediately and I was told the damage was pretty severe and it would more than likely not be saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I should’ve believed the poor reviews. I would give NO stars if possible. Georgina, the girl who works there is incredibly rude. She has no respect for customers. She was yelling at me, while the owner was right in front of her. She would’ve kept going if the owner didn’t tell her to stop a few times. She should be fired!!!!!
Took my phone in because the screen had gone black. Everything worked prior to taking my screen in to be fixed. Georgina was the one who fixed it. Once I got home the screen was acting up, I had ABSOLUTELY no sound whatsoever. I didn’t check the sound before I left because why would I think there would be no sound. I went in the next day and Georgina told me I had to come back the following day to see the tech guy (owner). Went in today and was gone a literal second and there apparently was water in my phone, but how would that happen when it was sitting on a dresser with no water in sight. We paid $130 for an even worse phone now. Save yourself the hassle and go to youbreakIfix it in Whitby. Please DO NOT go here. They do terrible work and have even worse customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to put it out there that telephonia express in the mall will rip u off the price may seem right but they will mess up your phone in the long run they replaces my screen on my iPhone 8 Plus then only to have it get glitchy, when I tried to take it back the tech ignored me and my messages and my calls! Then I took it to a actual apple
Repair place and I found out the screen was not an apple screen which he said it was, he also forgot to put to parts back in my phone and also broke something inside!!!! I have still tried to contact him and gotten no response!!!! So please beware and for the benefit
If not getting ripped off take your phone to a proper dealer and not
A scammer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible business. Girl at kiosk was extremely rude. Only tried to get a screen protector tha they installed a week prior fixed. Told us to come back when the owner was in. So we came back when she told us to but the owner still wasnt in. She snaps at us, tells us she can fix it now (after telling us she couldn't) so whatever and we let her do it and leave. We didn't even make it to the doors and the screen protector was peeling off again so we turn around and wait for the owner. The owner gives up ever excuse in the book and straight up lies to us. He tried telling us it wasnt actually coming off (it wasnt touching the screen on the sides, you could fit your nail behind it) and when that lie didnt work he tried to blame it one the phone (it was a brand new iPhone 6 that came out of the box a week ago). When that lie didnt work he tried a new lie, telling us apple has 3 different manufacturers for the screens and they are all different (also false. Apple isn't shipping phones with manufacturing tolerances on the screens so different screen protector dont fit)
In the end if the owner will lie about this what else will he lie about. I wouldn't trust him to fix a phone honestly and by reading previous reviews it seems others dont either. The only 5 star reviews are from accounts with no other reviews, most likely the owner trying to make his reviews not look so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service with horrible quality. I had my iPad and iPhone repaired here as I thought it would be repaired properly. Little do I know, less then two weeks after I get it back the iPad screen looses touch reception and cracks. The iPhone screen start to lift out of the housing at the top...clearly they don't know how to repair screens. I went to the "sales lady" to try and get them to repair it for free since it was in "warranty" but she would talk with the "tech" guy and call me back. Never happened.
