★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deck rebuilt by falcon over $ 15,000 They made it level and there are swimming pools all over it. They won't fix it with proper slope Absolutely do not have this company work on your deck. 1 to 10 score is a big ZERO.

Adrian is top notch. From the moment we came to the showroom we felt welcome and got lots of information on ideas for new infinity glass railings from Adrian. Using his expert advice from his visits and measurements at our house, we felt confident. The job was carried out according to the specifications discussed from the start. Very happy with a job recently completed in Gallagher's in which they replaced an old railing with a new, topless system, and coordinated new fencing as well. Bert was quick to respond to any issues and cared about the end result and the client's happiness.Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted a topless glass railing for our deck and approached Falcon for the posts - we needed Fascia mount for 12mm glass. We are VERY happy with both the quality of the product, the service, and the price. It took about 3 weeks from time of order to time of delivery for them to make these up, and they were right up front about that. The deck looks like a million dollars. The we though we would "save" some money and cheap out on the stair railings with the "do it yourself ones" from Rona. HUGE MISTAKE. Decided to bit the bullet and have Falcon quote on those. It was LESS expensive that the DIY stuff, and hands down vastly superior product. Pam the sales rep was also very helpful, informative, and knows the stuff well. Would recommend these folks in a heart beat.
