★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late post !!! I broke my leg and had surgery and had requested for all about detail to come to my house for a clean job. OMG first of all when I spoke with them I had set up this company to come in twice a week to my house. Thank gawd I didn’t do that. The day they came in I had been two weeks post operation my house needed a good clean. I was told I would have two cleaners and 4 hoursz to my surprise I ended up with 3 cleaners and two hours. Then they called and were like our mistake we’ll do the 4 hours But you’ll need to pay the three girls. I was so confused. Anyways I was like ok whatever I’m in a lot of pain and need my house clean. Between the three girls ???? they couldn’t even complete my entire house the did such a bad job. There was obv things on the ground in bathrooms that needed to be picked up and cleaned. They mopped half my house. Dust was left on my tv mantels !!! My windows were half way cleaned. My guest bathroom counters were not cleaned properly. I called the company right and told them I will not need there services any further. I would not recommend this company. Not sure what three of them were needed in my room. I can clean my entire house in 4 hours and make it look amazing. They set me up with three girls again not sure why ???? If so then they should have been able to complete my house. I now have one girl who comes to my house and dose it twice a week dose 4 hours and dose a awesome job.

As you know I am writing this review on behalf of my parents and myself.
I also operate my own business and am familiar with the costs of employees that most of the public don't realize or forget.
I had the opportunity to view the condo prior to cleaning. I know how much an average individual (let alone a professional cleaner) can accomplish in one hour of cleaning. I have spent time in the military and I know what it requires to pass a white glove test.
After reviewing your reply I am now not taking as much of an issue with the total charged.
My parents booked a 6 hour session for a small condo that was mostly clean and with carpets already done. Fair enough. They understood 2 cleaners would come, not 3. I do not feel this job required 3 cleaners plus an hour extra over what was booked. Seriously ? I definitely do not feel we needed or received 7 hours of honest labour.

The ladies arrives a few minutes early, oriented themselves to our home and our cleaning needs, and then quickly and efficiently got down to business. They did a stellar job! Right from the start Sandra was responsive and set us up with a time that worked for both parties. They left our house in amazing shape and after just having a baby, we were so happy to see our place as clean as its ever been. We would for sure recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time employing cleaners and I was very happy with the result. I came home to the cleanest my apartment has ever been. I'm looking forward to having them back. The only reason I left it at 4/5 is because the team was about 20min late which is acceptable seeing as this was the first time clean and it was something I accounted for when scheduling my day. That being said I do hope the following cleans are punctual. Apart from that I am super happy with the work done and would recommend them readily.

I have hired several different cleaning businesses/individuals over the years, and this is the most reliable and thorough cleaners I've experienced. They come every two weeks, get the basics done, and our place is always so nice to come home to after they come. Communication has been great - we receive reminders and notices about their arrival, and when we've had to make adjustments to the plan, they've been flexible indeed. From a busy mom who can't do it all, I'm so grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail.
