β β β β β Fairfax is very unreliable, and charging fees on every little things. They donβt provide property meeting minutes. They always delay replying emails.
Itβs very very unfortunate that my property is under Fairfaxβs management.

Imagine a property management company that stops grabbing fees from your account only to charge you late fees.
Imagine a property management company that takes months to get a quote for a job.
Imagine a property management that doesn't do the required number of meetings as written in the CONTRACT.
Imagine a property management company that you need to constantly follow up on or else it will never get done.
Imagine calling up their line and hearing that they don't know what's happening.
You don't have to imagine it because Fairfax Property Management is THAT property management company. I highly suggest to stay away as far as you can from this company.
