I was very impressed by David's knowledge when I first met him at an Open House and asked him to be my realtor. As I am from England purchasing a property is a whole different ball game in Vancouver. David walked me through the whole process in details which I find extremely helpful in my decisions making. He is very thoughtful, reliable, trustworthy, quick to response to communications (which is an important factor to me) and ability to resolve issues. We received excellent after purchase service when we discovered equipment were not working in the house. David was contactable at all times and gave us the assurance that it will be replaced. Purchasing a house is very stressful and David's helpfulness and professionalism make it a smooth journey. He goes the extra mile and work really hard. David did not approach me to write a review. I proactively approached him to find out if there is a website I could write a review. He deserves a 6 stars rating but 5 stars is the top rating. I am not a person who would easily give a 5 stars rating. David is the first. So my personal ****** to you. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR HIS EXCELLENCE SERVICE.

I am so happy that I chose Tang and Kung Real Estate Group to help us manage our investment properties in Canada when my family became non-residents a few years back. All these years, Randal and his team have taken care of everything from repairs and maintenance to finding new tenants. They are well connected and have many contacts. It has been worry free! Recently, we decided to sell one of the properties. David and his team was able to use their vast network and connect us with a solid buyer in just a few short days and it sold above asking price and at a higher than average price per square foot compared to other listings in the area. My neighbour recommended that I contact David and Melvin, after their excellent experience with David and Melvin. This great team surely met the expectation out of the referral. They provided current market information and professional advice and helped me sell my property at almost 99% of my listing price within 2 weeks of the listing placed on market. They were always prompt to reply to any queries I have and provided sound guidance when we were entertaining offers. Sandra also did an excellent job to stage my home for presentation. I'm a tenant renting through Tang and Kung. we had an issue with our fridge. (stopped working) and had to be replaced. After getting hold of them, they immediately got the ball rolling and within a week we had conformation for delivery of a new fridge. However when it arrived , it was damaged and had to be returned. I didn't really have to do anything. Tang and Kung's expertise got everything going and was getting another new fridge delivered in another week. When the fridge arrived, the delivery guys installed it but a part of the lower door hinge was missing a plastic bushing. Because of this the door would not shut properly and a scraping of metal on metal sound and the door would wobble. Got hold of Tang and Kung and explained the problem with the new fridge. Again , immediate response. They got hold of BestBuy (where fridge was purchased) Best buy sent someone out to verify the problem and see what part was needed. A part was mailed to us but it was the completely wrong part . (no fault at all of Tang and Kung) after letting them know, they were back on the phone to Best Buy to resolve this problem. Seems they couldn't get the actual part needed, (probably a 1$ plastic bushing) Best Buy finally agreed to another replacement fridge. Finally we are happy with this fridge. Couldn't have happened this well without Tang and Kung on the case. There perseverance and dedication to making this work out was exceptional. always keeping me in the loop as to what was happening and not letting up until the problem was fully solved. To sum it up: Absolutely top-tier service, responses faster than the speed of light, knew the answer to every single question we had to ask, polite, patient, friendly, and most of all, complete professionals through and through. Keep reading to see why I've given these guys an A+ review, these guys do not disappoint whatsoever! -- Our rental agent, Yirong, was (and is) an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and always very easy to get ahold of. These guys top the leaderboards as far as rental agents go, of all the agents we dealt with in our apartment search, they BY FAR gave us the best impression of any one we had dealt with. When my Brother and I were looking for our apartment, I was super anxious about not being at the viewing on time, so I was pressuring my Brother to leave earlier than needed so we would make it in time. We ended up being in the area about 15~ minutes early, at which point Yirong texted us and let us know that he had finished up with the previous viewing a bit early, inviting us to give him a shout whenever we were in the area. We were right outside the apartment, so he got right to business with us and brought us in and showed us the place not just on time, but conveniently earlier than we had expected. It's a little thing, but it's something no other rental agent we had made appointments with (every other agent ended up either being late/hard to get ahold of) was able to do, and it definitely set a great first impression for us to be catered to in that manner, despite the obvious inconvenience for Yirong to do so. From the moment we walked into the unit, we knew Yirong knew what he was doing. The unit was immaculately clean, all the metal in the unit had been polished and left literally sparkling, you would not have been able to find a single speck of dust in that place. I literally could not tell whether someone had lived in the unit before us! And I know-- if you're doing apartment viewings, you go in with an expectation of the place being clean as a whistle, but in Vancouver, at least from our experience, that was... not necessarily the case with other properties. Definitely a great first impression. My Brother and I had a lot of questions about the unit we ended up renting after Yirong sold us on it (first time renters), and he was able to answer every question without hesitation, and even gave us his personal number to reach out if we needed anything else. Any time I (or my Brother) had a question, he would respond within minutes with exactly what I was looking for. For example, I wanted to show my friends the fancy new place I had just secured, but I didn't take any nice photos of the unit while I was in it, and the ad I had responded to was taken down. I asked Yirong if he could supply us with some photos of the unit, and wouldn't you know it, he had a literal 3D 360 degrees VR-capable walkthrough of the apartment ready on his team's site, complete with super useful utilities like a measuring tool that lets you measure the distance between anywhere in the apartment, multiple different viewing modes to see the unit in, etc. It was such a treat to be able to go home and throw the unit up on my VR headset and literally let my friends walk through my new apartment and check it out. Totally didn't expect that, and it was freaking awesome, ace tier service. The unit we ended up getting from Yirong and Tang Kung was the most expensive of the units we had seen previously, but my god, on the service alone they could have convinced me to pay an extra couple hundred bucks a month for the place. Just stellar, all the way through. As a nervous first time renter, he made the entire process completely frictionless, easing my anxieties and helping every single step of the way. Yirong and his team are a total no-brainer decision, I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with these professionals. I messaged Scarlett and RIGHT AWAY their maintenance man was able to come over, fix it and show me how to keep it secure for future use. I, as a young woman, also feel comfortable and secure working with their team and maintenance. It is a wonderful feeling to know that they WANT you to succeed and have the best service possible. I am tenant first time renting through the Agency and I must say I was a little hesitant because I thought there will be lack of genuine concern while dealing not with the property owner directly. I was very wrong. From the day one everything was going smoothly, everything was addressed promptly. Communication with the Tang and Kung team is on point and I feel very well taken care of. Recently I had some issues with appliances and since the owner has decided respectfully to buy new instead of repairing I went through the switch process in the most busy and stressful time of year, Christmas/New Years, with extreme weather conditions postponing the delivery. It was all sorted out as quickly as possible and Natalie and Karen from Tang and Kung were following up almost daily and even showed me their appreciation with a thoughtful gift card for a bit of the troubles. I am very grateful tenant.

We rented our first property in Delta, BC through Tang and Kung Group and had a wonderful experience. The Team is very professional and the property was clean and very well managed.
