β β β β β I have worked with Anie Philip when selling and buying and found her to be very responsive, professional, experienced, transparent and reliable. She cared about our family, understood our needs from the very first day we met her. She provided excellent service throughout the process every time. I particularly appreciate her diligence, and I have had a positive experience in every interaction while working with her. It was a competitive market and it's her efficiency sold our house over asking and purchased our new house below asking. She made the process of selling and purchasing much easier and faster than we expected, believe it took only less than a week. Would love to work with her again. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

β β β β β Sellers be aware. The buyers that Anie represents will put in multiple offers across several houses so that they can take their time and pick one of the several offers.
If you're a realtor representing your seller, do not do business with Anie Philip. She's not doing anything illegal, but I would consider this practice highly unethical.
