I really am so appreciative of Patrick as he kindly took his time to have a meeting with me and walked me through steps that I should know as a first time home-buyer before we moved on to look at listings; which is something that my first realtor didnt do. As a result, I started to feel a bit more comfortable as I initially walked in blind in my initial steps as a first time homebuyer. He was so thorough,maintained an open communication, and constant reassurance. Most importantly, he never made me feel discouraged and continued to be by my side until we were successful in getting my first home. While looking at the properties, Patrick was able to point out what are the risks entailed (i.e. trees near the house, north vs south facing, etc) , pros and cons of buying that particular house. Highly recommend Patrick for anyone who's looking to buy a house in Greater Vancouver area.

He went above and beyond several times. Ultimately he had our house sold in about a week from listing and got us well over asking price. There were even some complications with the other party (the buyers) that he guided us through. We trusted his advice and everything turned out as he said. Great realtor!

From his initial walkthrough of the house to the closing of the deal, he was a wealth of experience and calm wisdom, and offered constant guidance and reassurance in this crazy market. Any time we asked/sent him a question, he'd respond promptly, and would patiently and thoroughly explain any legalese and procedures with which we weren't familiar.
