We were very impressed with how professional Fred and his team performed, from cleaning and staging our condo to advertising and showing to prospective buyers. We are very pleased that despite the challenges of covid, our home was sold in a week for a great price without conditions. I am very set on finding the perfect permanent home, and I've always had minor issues with realtors until I came across Lily Han at Evermark. She has listened and paid a lot of attention to my vision of a dream home and has provided me with a lot of professional advice. As a first time home buyer, there are a lot I don't understand or know, and she is very patient in explaining everything. She is always watching out for my best interest, including researching different stratas to make sure there are no deficiencies, etc.... She really makes me feel confident and comfortable with my home purchase. She is a natural at negotiating, and made sure that I am getting a dream pricing for my dream home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After interviewing a couple of agents, I decided to work with Lily because on her first impression she was very personable and professional. Her team Evermark was also highly rated and experienced.
It was my first time selling a home and she walked me through the process every step of the way to make sure that I wasn't lost. During COVID, we decided to not do any open houses for my family's safety but Lily arranged for many showings which helped sell my condo quickly. I really appreciated the communication with her because she would follow up with me after every showing and even provided a weekly feedback report. At the same time, we also went on tours to find a new home for me, and they were well-planned and suited what I was looking for. Her team leader Fred was also lovely and came along for tours and showings. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Lily and Fred at Evermark to anyone thinking of buying or selling their houses.
